What Graduates Are Saying ...
I would recommend this training to others whether they are parents, teachers, counselors or anyone that works with families and/or children. It provides such an understanding of the modern family and the problems that most are probably facing on one level or another. The material is presented in such a way that it is easily comprehended and easily applied in ones daily life. I have been recommending Kim John Payne’s book for years to parents of whom I teach the children in school. There has always been good feedback and after this training I feel much more able to dive into some more strategies- digging below the surface with parents when they are experiencing the soul fevers which are so prevalent today. Davina provides wonderful examples of just how to talk to the parents, elicit important information and how to give both the listening ear and support they may need. I will definitely be drawing upon her wisdom.
Mother, M.Ed., Educator, Spain
It is a wonderful course filled with amazing learning materials full of wisdom, knowledge and tools for coaches to take forward and help parents with. I really enjoyed the set up of the course and getting to hear the other participant's perspectives and questions. It really helped me get so much more out of the learning experience. I am excited to see where my journey as a Simplicity Parenting Coach will take me.
Single Mom of Two, Canada
The training offers a comprehensive insight in Simplicity Parenting, based on the book but supplemented with lots of additional material like video modules, articles and first-hand experiences. The training prepares you very well for conducting your own groups, tailored to your and your community’s needs. The material is very well worked-out, with lots of support directly in the material, but also through mentoring even after the training. Being a Simplicity Parenting Family Coach is a wonderful way to help families find their own way to a happier and satisfying life.
Mom of Three, MD, Georgia
I don’t think I could be fostering these two children if I had not done this training.
